When the number of eggs is small, fine scissors (an ophthalmic scissors) are useful to cut and remove the attaching filament.
1. Hold the egg cluster with tweezers.
2. Draw out one egg at one time using the fine scissors keeping the attaching filament between the two blades of the scissors.
3. Cut the attaching filament close to the egg.
