A female carrying spawned eggs is caught with a fish net and the fertilized eggs are isolated from the abdomen of the female using fingers, taking a special care not to press the abdomen of the female. Then, the female is released back into the tank and the collected eggs are left on the fishnet. (To be continued to M3-2b).
